Sílvio Júnior was born in Itumbiara, in the interior of Goiás. His musical history blossomed at a very young age. He began playing drums at the age of 10, and at 12, he formed his first band, Sedução Country. His members included his brother, Guilherme Marques, who is now a percussionist for the duo Henrique Juliano, and Fred, who is now nationally renowned as Fred and Fabrício, as a vocalist.
In 2008, he joined the duo Fred and Gustavo as drummer, performing in shows throughout Brazil and recording two DVDs. The duo's first DVD was released in 2011, produced by renowned national producers Ivan Myazato and Eduardo Pepato.
This DVD features hits such as "Legends and Mysteries" and "So It's Worth It." In 2014, he was invited to play drums for the nationally renowned duo Henrique and Juliano, where he remains to this day. SÍLVIO JÚNIOR has participated in several CD and DVD recordings for nationally renowned artists such as Henrique and Juliano, Jorge and Mateus, Fred and Gustavo, Mateus and Kauan, João Neto and Frederico, Cézar Menoti and Fabiano, and others.

As of 2025, Sílvio Jr. has worked as a music producer and recording artist for various national albums, and has accompanied the duo Henrique and Juliano on tours throughout Brazil and several countries, including the United States, Portugal, England, Belgium, and others.
