Gabz Nobrega

Gabriel Nóbrega, a drummer from Paraíba, was born on December 22, 1995.

His musical training stemmed from his evangelical parents, and in mid-2005, he dedicated himself to studying the drums. In April 2005, he received his first drum kit, allowing him to dedicate himself entirely to studying the instrument. Gabriel Nóbrega is self-taught. His professional career began in 2011.

Since 2010, he has been appointed to accompany several singers and institutions in the Gospel scene. He has worked with: Nove Graus (Curitiba, Paraná), Cidade Viva Church (João Pessoa, Paraíba), Vida Ministry (João Pessoa, Paraíba), Mirr Church (João Pessoa, Paraíba), and Wellington Filho (João Pessoa, Paraíba).
In 2014, he recorded a DVD for the International Rescue and Restoration Ministry (MIRR) in João Pessoa, Paraíba, which was released in 2013. That same year, he recorded several albums with singers in Paraíba. Since 2013, he has recorded CDs for singers from all over Brazil and even abroad.

In 2018, he moved to Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, and since then, he joined FHOP (Florianópolis House of Prayer), where he is a drummer at FHOP Music and also teaches rhythm theory and drums. He accompanies FHOP Music throughout the country on his schedules and also makes online and in-person recordings at the invitation of producers and artists.

He recorded the drum tracks for FHOP Music's album "Batendo a Porta," released in March 2022, and has recorded drums for the last six FHOP Music projects. Recently, FHOP's latest album, "Meia Noite" (Live), was released, which has already achieved significant views.

In 2025, he has once again dedicated himself to FHOP Music releases, where he works as a musician/drummer, teaches online classes, and has produced an independent distance learning project and a future instrumental album. He also performs weekly with FHOP in instrumental sessions where musicians from all over the country participate. The sessions are all broadcast live on FHOP's YouTube channel.
